9th Hanse-AerospaceSailing Cup

The 9th Hanse-Aerospace Sailing Cup was held in Rostock-Warnemünde from 18-20 October 2019. Skipper and co-organiser Jan Mantau sailed the FERCHAU GmbH on the route to success under the best sailing conditions.

FERCHAU supports the sailing event as a sponsor and significantly strengthens the precious industry exchange on land and on the Baltic Sea.

From all over Germany, twelve teams with almost 100 participants from the aerospace industry took part in the traditional regatta of Hanse-Aerospace e. V., the largest company association in the industry.

On the "Coral", a 37-foot yacht, our crew, consisting of employees of RST and FERCHAU Aviation, achieved an excellent third place in the overall ranking. With a festive award ceremony in the "Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne" the aeronauts were honored after an eventful sailing weekend.

At the latest in one year, when we are invited to the 10th Hanse-Aerospace Sailing Cup, we will see eachother again. RST and FERCHAU Aviation will start again with a motivated crew.
