A321 ACF overwing exittrainer: expansion ofthe trainer portfolio

In the third and fourth quarters of this year, RST Rostock System-Technik was commissioned to manufacture further A321 ACF OWE trainers.

Based on the proven design in combination with a new production technology it was possible to meet the specific customer requirements even more effectively. Two training devices were delivered to Airbus HUA-OU AVIATION Training Centre in China and Air Busan in South Korea as customers of long-standing business relationships.

In Europe, the Spanish airline Vueling has chosen this RST product as a new customer.

The training equipment can be used for emergency and procedural training, especially for flight attendants. The simulator – which belongs to the A321 family – complements RST's existing portfolio and is of interest to customers who operate the new Airbus A321neo aircraft in the emergency exit variant over the wing or who offer training in independent training centres.
