Automated test systemsfor PCBs

Test systems (end-of-line testers) are used for PCB outgoing goods tests of automobile communication products and their incoming goods tests to the system integrator, which implement the required function tests and commissioning tests automatically.

A supplier company has commissioned RST Rostock System-Technik to develop such a system for the automotive industry.

RST develops a test system which automatically tests all the functions for up to four PCBs simultaneously and installs the firmware parallel to this. After completion of this procedure, a test label is printed and output.
