The challenge
A well-known company of the semiconductor industry assigned RST Rostock System-Technik to develop and manufacture adjustment and test benches for optical systems.
In the chip production, manufacturers rely on complex industrial cameras for optical quality control and automation. In order to be able to extensively test and calibrate these sensitive cameras before they are installed in the production facilities, a high-precision and specially adapted measuring and test environment is required.

The solution
RST developed and manufactured two identical adjustment and test benches which enable the customer to carry out extensive testing and precise adjustment of the camera systems used. Production was carried out in accordance with the industry-standard requirements of cleanroom class ISO6.
